Who We Are

4.png

Berhan Kaleb

President

With over 10 years of experience in digital marketing and media strategy, I’ve worked across global brands, agencies, and high-growth ventures—delivering data-led campaigns that scale revenue, lower acquisition costs, and drive brand impact. I currently serve as Digital Media Buyer Manager at TrafficHaus, where I manage large-scale ad budgets across Facebook, Google, and programmatic platforms.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading paid social and digital performance at companies like Uber, Pandora, and Royal Mail. I’ve also helped smaller brands and mission-driven businesses achieve standout results—whether it’s a 223% revenue increase, a 56% drop in CPL, or doubling ROAS through strategic retargeting.

Bridges of Excellence was born from a simple belief: that opportunity should be accessible to all. Through strategic partnerships, community programming, and youth support, we’re building a bridge between potential and real, measurable progress—especially for underrepresented communities.

I hold a first-class honours degree in Economics and Finance from Birmingham City University, and I was honoured to receive the Omega Psi Phi International Scholar of the Year award. Whether in business or service, I’m passionate about using data, creativity, and collaboration to drive meaningful change.
